Ebenezer Estate is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to turn operational and real-estate data into clear reporting, actionable insights, and decision support for teams across the business. This remote, full-time role suits an analyst who can structure complex data, build trusted dashboards, and identify opportunities to improve operational performance.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and recurring performance trackers for operational teams.
Analyse operational, property, leasing, and customer data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
Define and monitor key performance indicators for property operations and business performance.
Partner with operations and business stakeholders to translate questions into measurable analytics requirements.
Build reliable data models and reporting datasets from multiple operational data sources.
Validate data accuracy, investigate anomalies, and improve reporting consistency.
Present concise findings and recommendations to support operational planning and decision-making.
Document reporting logic, metric definitions, and data processes for consistent use across teams.
Requirements
Demonstrated experience in business intelligence, operations analytics, or a closely related analytical role.
Advanced SQL skills for querying, cleaning, and analysing operational data.
Experience building and maintaining dashboards in a business intelligence platform such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
Strong ability to define KPIs, interpret performance trends, and communicate actionable insights.
Experience working with data from operational systems, including property, leasing, sales, or service workflows.
Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for analysis, reconciliation, and reporting.
Strong attention to detail, data validation, and documentation practices.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment and collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.
