Lead sales operations for Ebenezer Group’s Artificial Intelligence & Robotics offerings in Abuja. This senior role will manage and develop sales representatives across branches, strengthen pipeline discipline, and improve consistent execution against revenue goals.
Responsibilities
Lead day-to-day sales operations and set clear performance expectations for sales representatives across branches.
Train, coach, and mentor sales representatives on consultative selling, product positioning, objection handling, and account management.
Establish sales processes, pipeline reviews, forecasting routines, and reporting standards across branch teams.
Track sales performance, identify execution gaps, and implement practical improvement plans to support revenue targets.
Partner with branch leaders to align local sales activity with company priorities and customer needs.
Review market feedback, customer trends, and competitor activity to refine sales approaches for AI and robotics solutions.
Support key opportunities, including proposal development, negotiations, and relationship management with priority accounts.
Requirements
Demonstrated senior-level experience managing sales teams and improving sales operations.
Strong people leadership capability, with experience coaching and developing sales representatives.
Experience setting sales targets, managing pipelines, preparing forecasts, and using performance data to guide decisions.
Ability to build consistent sales processes across multiple branches or distributed teams.
Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills.
Commercial understanding of B2B or technology-led solution sales.
Ability to work onsite in Abuja on a full-time basis.
