Ebenezer Group is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence professional to build reliable KPI reporting for AI and robotics services. You will turn operational and service data into clear dashboards, performance insights, and reporting that supports timely business decisions in a remote-first role.
Responsibilities
Design and maintain KPI dashboards and recurring reports for service and operational performance.
Define KPI calculations, data definitions, targets, and reporting standards with business stakeholders.
Collect, validate, and reconcile data from relevant business systems and reporting sources.
Analyse performance trends, exceptions, and drivers; communicate actionable insights to leadership.
Automate recurring reporting workflows to improve data accuracy, consistency, and delivery speed.
Monitor data quality and resolve reporting discrepancies with source-system owners.
Create clear executive-ready presentations, visualisations, and KPI narratives.
Document reporting logic, metric definitions, and dashboard usage guidance.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in business intelligence, reporting, data analytics, or a related role.
Demonstrated experience designing and delivering KPI reports and management dashboards.
Strong ability to translate operational or service data into practical business insights.
Advanced spreadsheet and data-analysis skills, including data validation and reconciliation.
Experience using BI visualisation tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar platforms.
Working knowledge of SQL for extracting, transforming, and analysing data.
Strong stakeholder-management and communication skills, including presenting findings to non-technical audiences.
High attention to detail, with a structured approach to documentation and data quality.
