Ebenezer New is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to improve operational processes across its renewable energy business. You will analyse workflows, identify improvement opportunities, translate business needs into practical requirements, and support teams in delivering measurable process changes.
Responsibilities
Analyse current business processes, workflows and operational data to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
Facilitate discussions with stakeholders to document business needs, process gaps and desired outcomes.
Develop clear process maps, business requirements, user stories and functional documentation.
Define improvement recommendations that support operational efficiency, service quality and business goals.
Work with cross-functional teams to prioritise initiatives and translate requirements into deliverable plans.
Track process-improvement initiatives, monitor outcomes and report progress to relevant stakeholders.
Support testing, implementation and adoption of process changes, including documenting updated procedures.
Use data and stakeholder feedback to evaluate the effectiveness of implemented improvements.
Requirements
Demonstrated experience as a Business Analyst, Process Analyst or similar role focused on process improvement.
Strong ability to gather, analyse and document business and functional requirements.
Experience mapping end-to-end processes and identifying root causes of operational issues.
Ability to turn complex business needs into clear, actionable recommendations and documentation.
Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder-management skills.
Experience working with cross-functional teams through change, implementation or continuous-improvement initiatives.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating effectively with Lagos-based stakeholders.
