Ebenezer Estate is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to turn real estate, leasing and operational data into clear reporting and actionable insights. You will build dashboards, monitor portfolio performance and help teams improve decisions across property operations.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain Power BI and Tableau dashboards for property, leasing, revenue and operational performance.
Define, track and report key performance indicators for real estate and rental operations.
Analyse property, tenancy, occupancy, rent collection and market data to identify trends and opportunities.
Prepare accurate recurring and ad-hoc reports for management and operational stakeholders.
Partner with business teams to translate reporting needs into practical data solutions.
Improve reporting processes, data quality checks and dashboard usability.
Present findings and recommendations that support portfolio and process improvement.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Finance, Computer Science or a related field.
5+ years of business intelligence, data analysis or reporting experience, including work with business performance data.
Demonstrable experience in the real estate, property management, rental or leasing sector.
Advanced Excel skills, including data modelling, pivot tables, lookups and reporting automation.
Strong hands-on experience building dashboards and reports in Power BI and/or Tableau.
Experience defining and monitoring KPIs for operational, revenue and performance reporting.
Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder communication skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote role while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
