Lead sales operations and revenue growth for Ebenezer New’s renewable energy offerings in Ondo. This onsite role combines strategic account development, pipeline management, sales process improvement, and team leadership to expand adoption of clean-energy solutions.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales plans to achieve renewable energy revenue and market-growth targets.
Lead sales operations, including pipeline governance, forecasting, reporting, and CRM data quality.
Build and maintain relationships with commercial customers, partners, and other key stakeholders in Ondo.
Identify customer energy needs and position suitable renewable energy solutions.
Manage complex sales opportunities from prospecting and proposal development through negotiation and close.
Prepare accurate sales forecasts, performance reports, and market insights for leadership.
Improve sales processes, lead-management workflows, and conversion performance across the sales cycle.
Coach sales team members on consultative selling, account management, and disciplined opportunity management.
Requirements
Demonstrated experience leading sales operations or enterprise sales activities, preferably within renewable energy or a related technical sector.
Strong record of managing sales pipelines, forecasts, targets, and performance reporting.
Ability to develop and close complex B2B or commercial sales opportunities.
Experience using CRM systems to maintain opportunity data and sales activity records.
Strong negotiation, proposal development, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
Commercial understanding of renewable energy solutions and customer energy requirements.
Ability to work onsite in Ondo and engage customers across the local market.
Clear written and verbal communication skills, with a practical, results-focused approach.
