Job Summary

Recallstack is seeking a Senior AI Engineer with strong Python expertise to build, deploy, and improve AI-powered systems for an Artificial Intelligence and Robotics environment. You will take ownership of production-ready AI services, collaborate across engineering teams, and apply sound software engineering practices to scalable model development and integration.

Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain production-grade AI and machine learning services using Python.
Develop and optimize AI components that integrate with backend systems and product workflows.
Translate business and product needs into reliable model, data, and inference solutions.
Write clean, testable, and maintainable Python and C++ code for performance-sensitive applications.
Evaluate model performance, troubleshoot failures, and improve reliability, accuracy, and latency.
Collaborate with engineers and stakeholders to deploy AI capabilities from prototype through production.
Create technical documentation for system design, implementation decisions, and operational processes.

Requirements

Strong professional experience building software and AI solutions with Python.
Experience developing, integrating, or maintaining machine learning or AI-powered applications.
Proficiency in C++ and Python for production software development.
Solid understanding of software design, testing, debugging, version control, and code review practices.
Experience working with APIs, data pipelines, and service-oriented application architectures.
Ability to optimize application or inference performance and diagnose production issues.
Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a hybrid engineering team.
